We were totally unfamiliar with the two main areas there, but Rick cheerfully listened to our criteria and organized, often on very short notice to sellers, a diverse set of properties, at all price ranges, so that, over just a few days we got a great sense of different neighborhoods and housing alternatives.

We are very happy to have been able to buy our dream property for a reasonable price.
